Welcome to the Property Pathways NW website (the “Site”). This Site is operated for and by Property Pathways NW - Julie Peters, a broker of John L. Scott Snohomish. Your use of the Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use (these “Terms”). By accessing and using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and the John L. Scott Privacy Policy located below. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site. Property Pathways NW may amend and/or modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time and without notice, effective upon posting on the Site, and your continued access and use of the Site constitutes acceptance of all such modifications.

Property Pathways NW respects your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy located below for more information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of these Terms, as amended, or modified from time to time.

Property Pathways NW attempts to ensure that the content, property and other product descriptions and other information on the Site are as accurate as possible. School data is provided only for general reference and should not be relied upon without your independent verification. Property Pathways NW and John L. Scott are not affiliated with GreatSchools nor third party providers of service boundaries and does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the school data provided. To verify enrollment eligibility and related information, contact the school, school district, or relevant government agency directly.
 

Proprietary Rights
All materials on the Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images and any other material or information published on or used in connection with the Site (collectively, the “Site Content”) are the property of Property Pathways NW. The Site Content is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world, and all rights in and to the Site Content are expressly reserved. Any use of the Site Content not permitted under these Terms is strictly forbidden. If you breach any provision of these Terms or make any use of the Site Content not permitted by these Terms, we may automatically terminate and cancel your authorization to visit the Site and you must, at our sole option, immediately return or destroy any material printed or downloaded from the Site.
 

Limited License
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms, Property Pathways NW grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive limited license to access and use the Site and to download and print a single copy of the Site Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and provided that you do not delete or modify any copyright or other proprietary notices. Applicable Law; Disputes
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Property Pathways NW concerning your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Property Pathways NW with respect to the Site. These Terms and the relationship between you and Property Pathways NW shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to its principles on conflict of laws. Property Pathways NW respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies to all information learned about or obtained from you when you visit the Property Pathways NW web site at https://ashleyabrams.com/ or any of its subdomains (the “Site”), whether you access the Site through a personal computer, mobile device or any other means. The Site is provided by Property Pathways NW.

Property Pathways NW may amend and/or modify this Policy from time to time and without notice, effective upon posting on the Site. Information We Collect
Information You Give Us: Property Pathways NW receives and stores any information you post on or provide through the Site, via John L. Scott Property Tracker® and/or Market Watch, or through any other means. This includes any personal information you provide, such as your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number. You can choose not to provide such information; in which case you will not be able to access or use portions of the Site. Property Pathways NW may, but is not obligated to, retain the content of any emails you send or information you provide by any other means.

Automated Collection: Property Pathways NW automatically receives and stores certain types of information when you visit the Site, such as the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the IP address of the computer you are using and the browser and operating system you are using; the date and time you access the Site, the Internet address of the website from which you linked to the Site and any search terms you used to find the Site. We use “cookies” to automatically gather some of this information. A cookie is a small text file that the Site sends to your computer to collect information about your activities on the Site. The cookie transmits this information back to the Site each time your browser requests a page from the Site, and the information is stored to help facilitate your use of the Site the next time you visit.   • In connection with the delivery and development of Property Tracker® email alerts and other email communications;

  • Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services or content, or products, services or content offered by John L. Scott or others;

  • Communicate with you by email, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us or other third parties;

  • Tailor your user experience;

  • Develop and display third-party content and advertising tailored to your interests on the Site and other sites;

  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions;

  • Manage our business; and

  • Perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

Property Pathways NW does not share the personally identifiable information provided or obtained through the Site with third parties, except as described below and otherwise specified in this Policy. Property Pathways NW may share personally identifiable information as follows:

  • As part of a transfer of our assets, for example in the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate change or, in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, involving John L. Scott; and

Children
The Site is not directed at children, and Property Pathways NW does not knowingly collect personal information directly from users or from other web sites or services directed at children. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), Property Pathways NW will not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information from any child under age 13 without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides his or her personal information to use through the Site represents that he or she is older than 12 years of age.

The Site may contain links to other websites. Property Pathways NW does not control, and makes no representations whatsoever regarding, such other websites or the products and services offered by or through websites accessed through links on the Site, even those with which Property Pathways NW may have an affiliation.
